We have been actively working with Harlequin Property now for almost 3 years and have always found them to be well organized and committed to offering all our clients an excellent service. Some of our clients have visited their exhibition stands. During this time I am pleased to say that the responses we received were that all clients were well looked after. All the developments that Harlequin are currently constructing in the Caribbean are 5 star resorts. As a property developer they have selected to develop in not only in a beautiful part of the world, the Caribbean, but also in an area that is very stable in terms of property prices and at the same time one that is generating a lot more tourism and interest from investors who seek to make excellent returns over the coming years.

With the current credit crunch Harlequin's product is incredibly attractive to investors - the Caribbean offers a market which has historically been totally resistant to global downturn, having never had a recession since records began in the 1940s. They are also able to offer 100% finance (subject to status) which of course is very popular as disposable income drops and cost of living rises.

As with all the developers we work with we have done a lot of due diligence and Harlequin have been more than forthcoming with planning details, land ownership and evidence of where the funds are sent.

It's a pleasure to write down my thoughts on my experience of Harlequin.
